Finally, the 2011 NBA Playoffs are here. The Los Angeles Lakers begin their quest for their second three-peat, but not without challengers. There's a great number of threats in both the Western and Eastern Conference, and all of them have to get past the first round.
Here's are my predictions for the first round of the 2011 NBA Playoffs:
Eastern Conference:
- Chicago Bulls (1) vs. Indiana Pacers (8) - Bulls in 5
- Miami Heat (2) vs. Philadelphia 76ers - Heat in 4
- Boston Celtics (3) vs. New York Knicks (6) - Celtics in 6
- Orlando Magic (4) vs. Atlanta Hawks (5) - Hawks in 6
- San Antonio Spurs (1) vs. Memphis Grizzlies (8) - Spurs in 7
- Los Angeles Lakers (2) vs. New Orleans Hornets (7) - Lakers in 6
- Dallas Mavericks (3) vs. Portland Trailblazers (6) - Blazers in 6
- Oklahoma City Thunder (4) vs. Denver Nuggets (5) - Thunder in 5
