The Los Angeles Lakers aren't just the 2009 NBA Champs-- they're also the number one team according to Google.
According to the 2009 Google Zeitgeist (United Stated), the Los Angeles Lakers are the most googled NBA team for the year. The champs are followed by the Boston Celtics and the Cleveland Cavaliers. The Orlando Magic and the Denver Nuggets complete the top five.
Similar to what happened last year, the Lakers and the Celtics top the list for NBA team searches. Absent from the top five are the New York Knicks, the Detroit Pistons and Phoenix Suns (which dropped to #10 this year).
